Superstar wrestler Roman Reigns will return to WWE earlier than first thought after reports revealed that the star is set to appear in WWE in late December.

Reigns has been undergoing extensive rehabilitation ever since he suffered a terrible hernia injury shortly before the Night of Champions pay-per-view, which ruled him out of appearing in the event.

But good news has finally come for Roman Reigns' fans, with the superstar set to appear in a number of house shows for WWE in December. It has been revealed that Reigns is being advertised for some house shows, with the reports providing the first good news for Reigns in a long while.

Early comeback on the cards

WrestleZone have reported that the previous plan for Reigns was for him to return to WWE as late as next year, but it seems a quick recovery for the superstar wrestler has seen him advertised for house shows as early as late December.

"While it was previously reported that Roman Reigns was looking to make his return from injury in late December, extending into early January 2015, it appears that a few house shows in December are advertising Roman Reigns vs. Kane for their post-Christmas tour," WrestleZone reported on Wednesday.

But those initial fears seem to have been dumbfounded with this latest news. Reigns made an appearance on Monday Night Raw this week, and gave one of his best performances yet. Of course, he wasn't there in person and was just doing an interview via satellite, but it was still pretty awesome.
