Randy Orton set for time off

Seth Rollins is having no luck with feuds at the moment. First, he was aligned with Dean Ambrose who was cast in WWE film, The Lockdown, so he had to leave the company for a while. Roman Reigns took his place and was set to take Seth on at Night of Champions, but he required emergency surgery for a hiatal hernia.

Now it seems Randy Orton is set to do much of the same thing: the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion has been cast in the sequel to Stone Cold Steve Austin's The Condemned and is now set to leave WWE for a few weeks in the next month or so.

This will do the same thing to the Rollins verses Orton feud as it did to the Dean Ambrose one. There isn't enough time to finalise the rivalry before TLC and then Randy will leave and someone else will have to take his place until The Viper is done filming.

The current member of The Authority looks to be heading towards a big storyline in WWE as he also seems to be at odds with COO Triple H after he RKO'd Rollins on Raw and was subsequently given the night off.

The Appex Predator was fuming when he was interviewed backstage and now finally the WWE Universe will see Orton turn on The Authority and be a part of Team Cena against Team Authority at next months Survivor Series pay-per-view.

After the excitement that is set to be around Orton in the coming months there will obviously be question marks over why WWE would allow another of their top stars time off to film a movie in the middle of a hectic schedule.

Time out

Both John Cena and Dean Ambrose have had time out this year during headline feuds and many fans have been left disappointed by the lack of build up and creativity behind said rivalries because of the time the superstar was missing for.

The company need to think long and hard next time they cast a top star in one of their films because it seems to be causing havoc with the booking of Raw and right now their flagship show should be their main priority.
