Alberto Del Rio left the WWE earlier in the year after being suspended for hitting social media manager Cody Barbierri in the company in the face, after Barbierri is said to have made a racist joke at Del Rio.

Del Rio then decided to dish out the dirt in his interview with Fighting Spirit Magazine, saying that racism in the WWE goes all the way to the top of the company, with Hispanics and African Americans in the company regularly being made fun of.

And in a report that has come out today, it has emerged that one of those people guilty of making racist comments could well be Triple H.

Del Rio's Quotes

According to Del Rio, the member of WWE management who notified him of his release would often make racial jokes around employees. Del Rio voiced his displeasure with this during their conversation, feeling that he should be setting a better example.

"The person calling me was one of the most important people in the company, and I said, 'We always hear these racist jokes from you, and because you're one of the most important people in the company in this company, your other employees hear you making these stupid comments, and they think they can do it,'" Del Rio said.

Now there has been an update that has potentially outed the higher up making racist comments. According to Wrestling Observer editor Dave Meltzer, the person who Del Rio is talking about is Triple H - real name Paul Levesque - WWE's Executive Vice President, Talent, Live Events & Creative.

"The guy who made the call was Levesque," Meltzer stated on the F4WOnline.com message board in response to a question asking which WWE executive made the phone call to Del Rio.

Days after his release from WWE, Del Rio said in an interview on a morning talk show in Mexico that it was Triple H who personally informed of his departure.

This isn't even the first time Triple H has been accused of racism. Ricardo Rodriguez, the former WWE wrestler and Del Rio's ring announcer said Levesque made offensive comments about him and a lot other Mexican wrestlers that have worked with him in the past.

It will be interesting to see if the WWE makes any announcement or release about the accusations.
