The Nigeria international is currently enjoying a season-long loan stint with Stoke City after failing to make an impression on Jose Mourinho, who opted to farm the former Wigan Athletic star out to gain more regular first-team football.

Moses has struggled to make any kind of impact during his time in west London, and with competition for places - particularly in his wide position - arguably at an all-time high, he might be forced to consider quitting the Blues.

Last season the 23-year-old spent time at Anfield, but following more underwhelming performances for Liverpool he returned to Chelsea during the summer.

However, under Mark Hughes at the Britannia Stadium Moses appears to be recapturing his best form, which could pave way for a permanent switch to the Potters.
