Tom Carroll was part of Swansea's come-from-behind win over Spurs rivals Arsenal at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday.

The England U-21 playmaker started the match as the Swans came from behind to win 2-1. Goals from ex-Tottenham midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson and Bafetomi Gomis were enough to overcome Alexis Sanchez's opener. Carroll was subbed with three minutes left to play.

In the Championship, Alex Pritchard set up Andre Gray's opener as Brentford beat Millwall 3-2 away. The on-loan Spur was withdrawn on 76 minutes.

Elsewhere, Ryan Fredericks played the full 90 minutes and Milos Veljkovic was an unused sub as Middlesbrough played out a goalless draw with Bournemouth.

In the first round of the FA Cup, Shaq Coulthirst came off the bench on the hour mark with Southend United 2-1 down to Chester. Unfortunately the striker could not help his side as the Shrimpers went out to the Conference side.
