The 20 year-old Polish forward has been deadly for Ajax this season, scoring 13 goals in 11 appearances. His impressive form has attracted the interest of some of Europe's biggest clubs, such as his dream club, Manchester United.

The young Pole shares many traits with Robert Lewandowski, such as a lethal burst of pace off the mark, clinical finishing abilities and a powerful aerial presence. In addition to this, he stands at 186cm tall and weighs 78kg, making him the ideal no.9 and leading many to dub him the next Robert Lewandowski.

Since joining the Dutch champions, he has taken Holland by storm. Many journalists and pundits alike believe he deserves to win the 2014 'Young Player of the Year' award at this year's Ballon d'Or ceremony.

There aren't many young strikers of his calibre in professional football nowadays, with many of the wonderkids opting to play in the midfield or out wide. It is no wonder so many clubs are looking to snatch him away from German giants, Bayer Leverkusen.

One must imagine that Manchester United should be monitoring his progress as they look to find a long-term replacement for Robin van Persie. Louis van Gaal should take advantage of the fact that Milik dreams of playing for the Red Devils one day.

There is no doubt, however, that if the 13-time Premier League champions do look to secure his signature, they will face stern competition from other football clubs all over Europe looking for a clinical no.9.

He is the template by which a great out-and-out striker is designed. If he does form a partnership with Robert Lewandowski for the Poland national team, the Poles may begin to give some of the most dominant nation a run for their money. Regardless of this, Arkadiusz Milik looks the real deal and a world-beating prospect.
