Dolph Ziggler's Intercontinental Championship reign has finally come to an end after he lost his title on RAW tonight.

Ziggler has had his fair share of punishment at the hands of the Authority in recent weeks ever since he teamed with John Cena ahead of Survivor Series.

Well it seems that the Authorities latest move has now finally got them what they wanted as their newest team member has taken Ziggler's title away.

The former member of the Wyatt Family Luke Harper returned to RAW last week as he threw a destroyed Ziggler to the Authority as a sacrifice.

That led to him becoming the fifth and final member of Team Authority and to kick RAW off tonight, he was placed in a match with Ziggler.

As RAW went to a commercial, it returned with Lillian Garcia announcing that the match would be for the Intercontinental championship.

Prior to the match, the watching Seth Rollins along with his security force of Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury attacked Ziggler until he was pretty much lifeless.

Once the match started Ziggler barely put any offence up against the big man who ran the match at his own pace.

Eventually Ziggler's brave defense crumbled and Harper officially became the new Intercontinental Champion.

Meaning that Team Authority now consists of the Intercontinental and United States Champions whilst being captained by Mr Money in the Bank.

A formidable team

Team Authority is now officially confirmed for Survivor Series on Sunday and with them holding all the championships and all the honours, they certainly make on formidable looking opponent for Team Cena.

With Rusev, Luke Harper, Kane, Mark Henry and Seth Rollins, Team Authority could very well be the best team to compete in a traditional Survivor Series match.

The ramifications for the match at Survivor Series are huge as a lose for Team Authority, would see them lose power in the WWE.

A win for Team Authority however will surely have bad consequences for the members of Team Cena.
