They say good things come to those who wait and for the Oakland Raiders that wait was exactly 368 days. A 24-20 win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday night football gave the franchise their first victory in 17 attempts and ended talk of a winless season. Meanwhile the Buffalo Bills' home game against the New York Jets will now take place in Detroit on Monday night after heavy snowfall has caused havoc in the Buffalo area this week. Across to the NBA and the Miami Heat continue to adjust to life without LeBron James. A 110-93 loss at home to the Clippers means Eric Spoelstra’s team have won just one of their last five games. And finally there were two shoot out wins in the NHL last night with the Florida Panthers and Anaheim Ducks both going the distance to claim victory.
