Smackdown came from Fort Wayne, Indiana this week and was a show which will carry a lot of impact into RAW next week.

The show kicked off with a segment of Miz TV with the special guest being the man who betrayed Team Cena at Survivor Series, the Big Show.

As the Miz and Big Show discussed his actions at Survivor Series with the Miz sympathising with the big man, there was another special arrival.

Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan who was once again running the show came down to the ring.

Bryan announced that due to Rusev's refusal to say the pledge of allegiance on RAW, he would defend the United States championship in a 20-man over the top rope battle royal.

Miz, Mizdow and Big Show were all to be in the match alongside the man who confronted Big Show on RAW, Erick Rowan.

As the men gathered in the ring, Rusev made his way to defend his title and the match was under way.

We reached the final four of Rusev, Cesaro, Jack Swagger and Tyson Kidd showing four countries battling for the US gold.

After it looked like Cesaro had eliminated Rusev, he and Swagger tussled on the apron to realise that Rusev wasn't eliminated and the big Bulgarian knocked both men off the apron to regain his title.

Dolph Ziggler vs Luke Harper (Intercontinental Championship)

Bryan's punishment for the members of Team Authority continued as Luke Harper was once again put into a match with his Intercontinental Championship on the line.

This time giving Dolph Ziggler the rematch he deserved as the two faced off in a competitive match.

Ziggler would get the win but only by count-out meaning that Harper once again defends his title without pinning his opponent.

Seth Rollins vs Ryback

Another of Team Authority was put into a match as Seth Rollins took on Ryback in a singles match.

Ryback won by disqualification after 'concessions' Kane got in the ring with a chair and proceeded to beat Ryback with it.

Bryan would later announce that Ryback and Kane will be going one on one at TLC in a chairs match.

The New Day vs Heath Slater, Titus O'Neil and Curtis Axel

Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Big E Langston finally got their debut as the New Day tonight in a six-man tag team match.

The New Day were impressive on their debut with the mix of power and high flying ability.

In a later segment, an enigma was created over the New Day's first big feud and if correct, then it could be a great feud.

Emma vs Nikki Bella

Emma took on Nikki Bella in a relatively short match with the Divas Champion getting the victory.

After cutting a promo aimed at AJ Lee the former Divas champion came rushing to the ring and attack Brie Bella as Nikki fled.
