The Undertaker has been one of the biggest names in WWE for the past three decades, but it seems he is finally ready to hang up his wrestling boots.
The holder of the longest WrestleMania streak in the history of WWE was finally beaten at this years event by current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar.
Since then The Deadman hasn't been seen on WWE TV and has rarely been seen out in public mainly due to the injuries he sustained during his match with the former UFC Champion. Brock delivered a third F5 to The Phenom to seal what would be the one in 21-1 and see The Undertaker take the long walk backstage to a standing ovation from both the crowd and the commentary desk.
Months of uncertainty
This would be the last time Undertaker was seen in WWE because even though it was rumored that he would appear on Raw the following night to address retirement speculation, he never did and instead fans have faced almost eight months without him and the uncertainty that he will ever return.
Rob Feinstein of RF Video, who has broken many WWE scoops in the past, today stated the following: "From what I been hearing I think Undertaker is done and the plans are for Sting and HHH at Mania...but anything can change but that is what I have been told."

Could Sting inspire The Undertaker?
Since Sting's return to WWE at last weekend's Survivor Series, rumors about Undertaker's future have been the main topic for discussion for many wrestling fans, with Triple H and Sting being the rumored match for next year's WrestleMania.
There was also reports that Sting had singed up for more than just one match with WWE and he could be wrestling more than just the one match with Triple H on the grandest stage of them all.
This has the WWE Universe buzzing as to who Sting could be facing either in the build up to WrestleMania or possibly even SummerSlam or Survivor Series at the end of next year. As of yet there is no official word from Undertaker or WWE regarding his future, but the longer it takes the more likely it seems that he wont be returning.
