Football News

It is Sunday, and as usual some of the country's biggest papers have unleashed their juiciest exclusives for you to tuck into.

Arsenal were impressive against Newcastle United, beating Alan Pardew's men 4-1 at the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners were fantastic; they were everything fans know they can be and Arsenal fans thanked the team with a rare rendition of 'One Arsene Wenger'.

It is a completely different tone from last week when some Arsenal followers chose to boo Wenger at the train station following a 3-2 defeat to Stoke City. However, it seems that the Frenchman's future at Arsenal is as fragile as ever.

Meanwhile Manchester United are looking to win their sixth successive game on the bounce against Liverpool this afternoon but Adnan Januzaj is unlikely to play a big part.

As a result Louis van Gaal is looking the get the 19-year-old out of Old Trafford in January on a loan deal. PSG were being linked with a £40 million move last season, but it now appears the Belgian is far from Van Gaal's plans.
