Kobe Bryant passes Michael Jordan record

Dallas Cowboys moved to the top of the NFC East last night after defeating division rivals Philadelphia Eagles 38-27. Dez Bryant was the standout player in the huge win, with the Cowboys star wideout hauling in three sublime touchdowns. Sticking with the NFL, and Adrian Peterson revealed over the weekend that he has considered retiring from the NFL after getting charged with child abuse. Across to the NBA, and Kobe Bryant passed Michael Jordan on the all-time NBA scoring list on Sunday night in the Lakers win over the Minnesota Timberwolves. Kobe is now third on the list. And finally in the NHL, the New York Rangers defeated the Edmonton Oilers 2-0 last night on the road.
