Cleveland Cavaliers embarrassed by defeat to Philadelphia 76ers

Two members of the U.S. Ski Team died yesterday in an avalanche in the Austrian Alps. Ronnie Berlack and Bryce Astle were killed in the devastating incident, and friends and family paid tribute today to the promising skiers. Across to the NFL, and two-time Super Bowl winning head coach Mike Shanahan is courting a huge amount of interest from NFL teams. Shanahan has interviewed for vacancies at the Raiders, 49ers, Bills and is also set to interview with the Chicago Bears. NHL now, and Toronto Maple Leafs have fired head coach Randy Carlyle after an underwhelming start to the season for the Canadian team. And finally in the NBA, Cleveland Cavaliers went down to an embarrassing 95-92 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers last night on the road.
