Steven Gerrard reveals what wouldve kept him at Liverpool

Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard says he would have stayed at Anfield had he been offered a new deal last summer. The 34-year-old midfielder announced last week he will leave the Merseyside club upon the expiry of his contract at the end of the season, but insists that nobody is to blame for his anticipated exile to the MLS. UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones tested positive for traces of cocaine prior to his successful title defence against Daniel Cormier in Las Vegas last weekend. The 27-year-old has admitted himself into a drug treatment center and released a statement apologising to his family and friends. And finally to tennis, where world number 12 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has pulled out of this month's Australian Open with an arm injury.
