Vince McMahon received a massive amount of criticism in 2014 with WWE suffering from a range of problems. And a New Year has not brought with it new found fortune for McMahon, but rather more criticisms.

The biggest issue in WWE right now surrounds up and coming superstar wrestler Roman Reigns and his push for the WWE Heavyweight Championship in the next few months.

Though the WWE look set to push Roman Reigns’ character in the next few months, fans across the WWE Universe are severely worried about Reigns’ acting skills. This is something that the WWE has already tried to solve, with the wrestling company sending Reigns on an intensive acting course during his recent recovery from a bad hernia injury.

But Reigns’ acting skills have again come under scrutiny this week regarding his inability to cut a good promo. However, wrestling expert Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer took to Twitter and defended Reigns by saying the quality of his promos – written by Vince McMahon – are shocking, while he adds that he feels this is a perfect example of why McMahon is completely out of touch.

Answering a tweet from a wrestling fan on Twitter about Reigns' terrible promos, Meltzer replied, "Vince is writing his promos. Vince is really out of touch. I hate to say it but the promos speak for themselves."
