Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas has been enjoying himself with girlfriend Daniella Semaan in the Caribbean after a busy period, reports the Daily Mail.
It has been revealed that Blues boss Jose Mourinho has handed a number of his key stars a break after playing four times in 11 days.

And Fabregas has clearly been enjoying himself as he's been pictured with his girlfriend relaxing in the 30 degree heat.
There's no doubt about it, the majority of Chelsea fans will be pleased that Fabregas is enjoying a mid-season break, with the Blues set for another busy schedule over the coming weeks and months.
It appears, then, that the Spaniard will return to the club imminently as the Blues prepare for this weekend's Premier League schedule.
After losing to Tottenham on New Year's Day, Mourinho's side returned to winning ways in England's elite division this past weekend when they beat Newcastle United on home soil.
However, the Blues face another tricky test this weekend as they travel to south Wales to take on Swansea City on Saturday. Garry Monk's side will, however, be without star striker Wilfried Bony, who completed his move to Chelsea's Premier League rivals Manchester City today.
Bony would have missed the showdown anyway because of the African Cup of Nations, but Mourinho's side will be hoping to bring all three points back to the Bridge this weekend.
And, with City not in action until Sunday, Chelsea will be handed an opportunity to extend their lead at the top of the division to five points with a win on Saturday. In fact, with Manuel Pellegrini's side playing host to Arsenal, this weekend could prove a key on in the title race.
Fabregas, then, will be hoping to make a huge impact alongside Serbian ace Nemanja Matic in the heart of the club's midfield once again this year, as the club go in search of a number of trophies.
