Paul Pogba: The greatest mistake Sir Alex Ferguson ever made. Pogba's departure from Manchester United has led to his evolution into one of Europe's best midfielders.

Needless to say, Pogba could walk into many of the best starting XI in the world today. On his best day, the French midfielder is simply unplayable. The likes of Napoli, Chievo Verona, and many other teams in Serie A have experienced his devastating abilities.

Pogba skill

At the young age of 21, many players would find starting for the likes of Real Madrid and Chelsea nearly impossible. But Pogba's time has arrived and it's time for him to look for greener pastures if he hopes to become one of Europe's elite.

At Juventus, Pogba has made a name for himself over the past few seasons, ever since infamously walking out on United. In the Serie A, he's looked a level above the rest of his teammates and league players.

Some of the France international's main characteristics include his passing range, shot accuracy, dribbling ability, and his strength, which pairs well with his speed. With eight goals and three assists to his name this season, he looks like a promising youngster.

But stats don't tell the whole story. His contributions at both ends of the pitch are key factors in Juventus' success over the course of the last 3 years. His rapid progression into a world-class midfielder has merited a move to one of Europe's top clubs. With Chelsea, United, and Real fighting for his signature, Pogba needs to make a decision come summertime.

Picking through his suitors

Chelsea must break the bank to land this prodigious talent. The thought of Pogba in a midfield trio with Francesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic would make many Chelsea fans drool.

Mourinho enjoys a player of Pogba's calibre; tough and energetic with a solid work-rate. The youngster would add steel to an already intimidating midfield and his phenomenal abilities would no doubt make him one of the first names on the team sheet.

United wasted their opportunity with Pogba and elected to let him leave the club, while Real can't promise playing time for him. Indeed, Chelsea look the best suitors seeing as how his characteristics could well make the Blues the best team in the world.

Pogba's frightening abilities make him a target well worth an astounding £70 million price tag and Mourinho should really do everything they can to make this transfer happen.
