The dust may still be settling on WWE's first big PPV event of the year but the company is already making big plans for the next one.

After the backlash to last Sunday's Royal Rumble the WWE are clearly trying to make their February 22nd Fast Lane PPV a must see event.

As such the WWE have today confirmed the addition of a title match to the card. The match up will see Paige challenge Nikki Bella in a bid to wrestle away the latter's WWE Divas Title.

The match up will see Nikki Bella put her title on the line for the first time in 2015 having not been involved in a title fight at last weekend's Royal Rumble.

Feud building

She did though of course team up with her sister to defeat Natalya and Paige in a tag team match at the Rumble.

Rather than Paige and Natalya fighting it out for a shot to take on Nikki for the title however it looks like the higher ups have backed the former for the shot at the belt.

The feud between Paige and the Bella Twins has been building for weeks and, after clashing on this week's SmackDown, it looks like we can expect plenty more of the same as WWE ramps up the tension prior to Feb 22.

Paige's chance

The match will be a great opportunity for Paige to show just how far she has come in the Divas division since joining the WWE.

Should the fight be given enough time to build there is strong speculation that the English wrestler could even walk away with the title, or at least ramp up the feud to a level that has WrestleMania potential. Either way it is sure to add to the PPV.

Fast Lane

The rest of the Fast Lane card at present includes John Cena taking on Rusev as the two Superstars begin their own feud. The other action confirmed so far concerns Triple H, with the polarizing Superstar having challenged veteran wrestler Sting to show up and meet him face to face.
