We begin in the NFL where Chris Johnson has criticized the New York Jets management three days after leaving the franchise. The running back claims the Jets front office misled him about his role with the team in order to secure his signature in 2014. Across to the NBA and it looks like Amar’e Stoudemire has found a new team. Less than 24-hours after leaving the New York Knicks, league sources claim Stoudemire has committed to joining the Dallas Mavericks. Elsewhere in the league Kobe Bryant has spoken of the drive he still has to succeed. Facing several months of rehabilitation on a shoulder injury, Bryant cited the veteran Spurs roster as a source of inspiration. And finally in college basketball, number 23 West Virginia caused a major upset last night. The Mountaineers beat number eight-ranked Kansas 62-61.
