Football News

Former superstar wrestler CM Punk has revealed that WWE Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar has been in touch and is helping him get to grips with MMA.

The revelation may be an uncomfortable one for WWE fans after the endless speculation about the future of Brock Lesnar.

Lesnar's future in WWE is still firmly up in the air after months and months of speculation. The WWE Heavyweight Champion is predicted to leave the company after WrestleMania XXXI, but as yet, there has not been any confirmation that he will do so.

Surprise comments

The latest comments from CM Punk are likely to leave WWE fans scratching their heads and searching for answers, with Punk's revelation suggesting that Lesnar is thinking more and more about UFC.

"I've talked to him [Brock Lesnar] and he's offered all his help, even if it's just to bug him with a stupid question," Punk revealed. "It's cool to know he supports me. He's a good guy to know, I think."

What should WWE do?

It's widely expected that Lesnar will leave WWE after Mania, and some experts have reported that he will re-join UFC.

CM Punk is one of the most famous and recent wrestlers to have left WWE to join UFC after his acrimonious exit last January. The fact that even Punk is dropping Lesnar's name in a UFC context should be worrying for WWE fans.

But what do you think WWE fans? Do you think WWE should do all they can to keep Brock Lesnar? Or can the company prosper without the powerful wrestler? Leave your thoughts in the comments section below.
