Manchester United are successfully through to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup, after the 3-1 win over Preston North End on Monday night.

But it seems the dive by England Captain wayne Rooney still remains the talking point from the game.

WWE Intercontinental Champion Bad News Barrett, a Preston North End fan, also took offence to the dive.

He tweeted the following...

Rooney then responded with:

Before Barrett then challenged Rooney to the ultimate Wrestlemania match and even tagged Vince McMahon in the tweet.

So it seems in an ideal world Wayne Rooney and Stone Cold Steve Austin would be teaming up against Kevin Davies and Bad News Barrett at Wrestlemania 31.

Sadly it is unlikely that this will take place because Rooney has commitments with Manchester United through until May and Barrett has just opened up what is set to be an epic feud between himself and Dean Ambrose.

Ambrose forced Barrett to sign the contract for a match at this Sunday's Fastlane, which is set to be a feud that will continue until March's Wrestlemania event.

Whilst Manchester United drew holders Arsenal at home in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
