WrestleMania XXXI is certainly not far away and it seems as every day passes, we hear about another twist in the future of some of the top superstars in WWE.

Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker's futures have been the major talking points in recent weeks, but today's juicy topic comes from the latest comments by WWE legend Shawn Michaels.

The WWE Universe has been waiting several years to see Shawn Michaels finish off his legendary career in style, and in an interview earlier this week, he revealed that he wants one last shot at WrestleMania and Triple H - but only if he's asked first.

"Well obviously I think I'd consider it, but I guess I know my buddy well enough I don't think he'd ask. But of course, let's put it this way, I've had some folks already ask me some pretty moving things about their last matches or matches they've wanted. I've given all of them some thought but again, to your point earlier about 'you have a great body of work', I want to keep that body of work," NoDQ reported.

Michaels continued, "So, certainly, I'd consider it because he's my buddy. I'd do anything for my buddy so it'd be something that we'd certainly discuss."

What do you think WWE fans? Would a Triple H v Shawn Michaels match at WrestleMania be the perfect send-off for the legendary Michaels? Leave your thoughts in the comments section below.
