Mike Wallace to leave Miami Dolphins

We begin in the NFL where a couple of veterans are searching for new teams after having been cut yesterday. The Baltimore Ravens released Super Bowl 47 hero Jacoby Jones while the Detroit Lions parted ways with running back Reggie Bush after just one season. Another player who could soon be turning out for a different team is Dolphins wide receiver Mike Wallace. After a less than productive 2014 season reports suggest Miami are actively shopping the high paid star. Across to the NBA, and the Dallas Mavericks suspended point guard Rajon Rondo for last night’s game against the Atlanta Hawks. The move came after Rondo was seen swearing at Carlisle on Tuesday night as the two argued about a play call. And finally, in college basketball the Kentucky Wildcats kept their hopes of an unbeaten season alive with a comfortable 74-56 win over Mississippi State.
