Arsenal wonderkid Gedion Zelalem is ready for a role in the United States national team, according to current head coach Jurgen Klinsmann. The 18-year-old midfielder is yet to make a Premier League appearance for the Gunners, but is already being readied for a fast-track to the senior fold at international level. Zelalem is also eligible to represent Germany, but appears to have chosen the USA after being promised a clearer route to the first-team squad. Meanwhile, another academy product Hector Bellerin is expected to sign a new long-term contract at the Emirates after an impressive breakthrough in Arsene Wenger's side this year. And finally, Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will spent the next four weeks on the sidelines after scans confirmed the injury suffered in Monday night's FA Cup quarter-final with Manchester United was in fact a grade one hamstring tear.
