Greg Hardy signs for Dallas Cowboys

We start off in the NFL, where Jerry Jones has come out and defended the Cowboys latest signing. Dallas signed Greg Hardy yesterday, who has a domestic violence charge on his resume, but Jones said that Hardy knows he's got to do better. Over to the NBA now, where Al Harrington has decided to retire after 16 years in the league. Harrington was drafted by the Pacers in 1998 and went on to play for Indiana, Atlanta and the Knicks during his career. To the MLS now, where the Montreal Impact won in the first leg of their CONCACAF Champions League semi-final. Ignacio Piatti and Victor Cabrera scored for the Impact. And finally in Baseball, where more information has come out regarding Mets pitcher Zack Wheeler. Wheeler will likely need Tommy John surgery on an elbow injury, but reports today say that he also pitched most of last season with a torn tendon.
