We kick off this US report in college basketball, where March Madness got off to an incredible start. Two 14 seeds are through to the next round after UAB defeated Iowa State, whilst Georgia State eliminated Baylor. 10 seed Ohio State took down number 7 VCU, while Kentucky, Arizona and Villanova all eased through. Over to the NFL now, where an Indianapolis Colts player has reportedly been attacked. Linebacker Erik Walden has apparently had his arm slashed with a knife by his ex-girlfriend, while a woman who was with Walden had her arm broken. The ex is now in police custody. To the NBA now, where James Harden was in fine form last night. The MVP candidate posted a career best 50 points against the Denver Nuggets. Harden's Rockets moved in to the 3rd seed spot with the win. And finally to baseball, where Yankees pitcher Masahiro Tanaka seems to be thriving despite his injury. Tanaka has a partially torn ligament in his elbow.
