When Kevin Love made the move from the Minnesota Timberwolves to the Cleveland Cavaliers last summer, the NBA was put on alert.

With the trio of Love, Kyrie Irving and LeBron James, everyone expected the Cavaliers to be flying high this season.

It didn't quite go to plan as they didn't start very well and also suffered a horrendous streak when LeBron was injured earlier in the season.

Cleveland have turned it around however and now sit in the #2 seeded position and have already clinched their spot in the post-season in the Eastern conference.

Love's future however continues to be an issue with many speculating that he could be on his way to the LA Lakers next year.

There has been speculation all year that LeBron and Love aren't getting along off the court and that has been highlighted by tweets and statements made in the media.

Well now it looks like Love has given a bigger insight into their relationship.

"We're not hanging out every day, but we see each other every day, whether we're at the practice facility, whether we're on the road or going to a game" - Kevin Love on his relationship with LeBron James

Claiming that they're not "best friends", Love seems to hint at a relationship where the two don't interact unless they are both on the court.

The Cavaliers will have to re-sign Love for next year and although he has repeatedly stated that he intends to stay in Ohio, he doesn't sound thrilled.

Often addressing his current home without the high levels of enthusiasm expected from an NBA star, Love could be set to look for newer pastures come the off-season.

Cleveland to LA?

Love is a name that has been reported to be on his way to Los Angeles next year and will surely be a key foundation in the Lakers attempts to rebuild their historic franchise.

Love isn't the only reported name who could be joining the Lakers next season with the Dallas Mavericks Rajon Rondo also being rumoured for another move.

Rondo joined the Mavericks earlier this season following a trade with the Boston Celtics and he is strongly rumoured to be looking to move once again.
