And more straightforward piece of news today carries quotes from Palermo chief Maurizio Zamparini that confirm his belief Chelsea target Paulo Dybala will make a transfer this summer. The Blues, along with Manchester United and Arsenal, are following the Serie A striker and Zamparini’s quotes appear to infer an end of season deal is possible.
