The Cleveland Browns were arguably the team to talk about when the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft was all said and done.
The Browns historically traded up to snap up hotly rated rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel with the 22nd pick overall.
One year later and Manziel's stock in the NFL has plummeted after struggling to claim the starting role in Cleveland.
Manziel eventually got the nod ahead of Brian Hoyer but went down with an injury one week later against the Carolina Panthers.
Manziel has since entered rehab and now appears to be deadly serious about his recovery and the recovery of his very young NFL career.
But with Manziel looking to kick start his career in Cleveland, could it already be over before he setys foot on a field once again?
Reports have surfaced that the Browns are interested in the new Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford, whilst the Eagles are interested in acquiring some more first round draft picks.
The Browns hold the 12th and 19th picks of this years draft but could Manziel and one of those picks be on their way to Philadelphia in place of Bradford?
Rumours have been rife for weeks now that the Eagles are very keen on trading up in the draft to get highly rated Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota.
If the trade between the Eagles and the Browns was to take place, all eyes would once again be on Manziel to see if Philadelphia would actually become his new home or a temporary stop.
If the Eagles are looking to try and claim Mariota in the draft, it is expected that they will need to acquire a top four pick.
That will mean doing business with either the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans, Jacksonville Jaguars or Oakland Raiders.
The ability to trade a young quarterback filled with potential could be their key bargaining chip in trying to convince three of the four above teams to part ways with their pick.
