Former Arsenal midfielder Alexander Hleb has revealed that he misses playing for the Gunners, almost seven years after swapping the Emirates Stadium for Barcelona. The Belarus international enjoyed three years in north London between 2005 and 2008, establishing himself as an important part of Arsene Wenger's side, before quitting the Premier League giants for Camp Nou. However, the 33-year-old managed just one season in La Liga before taking in loan spells Stuttgart, Birmingham City and Wolfsburg. Now playing in Turkey, Hleb looks back fondly on his time spent with Arsenal, and reflects on that period as among the most enjoyable of his career, praising the team spirit and fantastic group of players he had the fortune of working with.
