Football News

We are less than a month removed from a historic WrestleMania XXXI in San Francisco, California and all eyes are already looking to next year's spectacular.

Extreme Rules is currently dealing with the fallout from WrestleMania and will even host a WrestleMania rematch as Randy Orton takes on Seth Rollins.

Rollins and Orton gave WrestleMania a great match last month but it was Rollins who made history at Levi's Stadium.

Rollins became the first man ever to cash in the Money in the Bank briefcase at WrestleMania and left as the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

WrestleMania XXXII will take place in Arlington, Texas at the home of the Dallas Cowboys and already the rumours have started.

One rumour centers around the surprise appearance at last month's event by UFC fighter Ronda Rousey who teamed up with the Rock to send a message to the Authority.

Many people had expected Rousey to return at next year's event in order to take on her former friend Stephanie McMahon.

In the aftermath of her appearance at WrestleMania XXXI, UFC President Dana White expressed how he enjoyed her segment with the WWE legends.

He has however since stated that Rousey will not be booked into a match at WrestleMania XXXII despite enjoying her involvement in last month's event.

The latest rumours have hinted that the WWE creative team are "Stunned" by the statement by White as they clear assumed Rousey would be performing at Mania XXXII.

There is a long way to go until WrestleMania arrives in Texas once again and things can always change but surely the WWE will be trying their best to get the UFC star signed up for the event.

Plenty of rumours

WrestleMania XXXII is already filled with rumours and projected match cards but there are two rumoured matches that would surely ensure a full house at the AT&T Stadium.

After making his WWE and WrestleMania debut last month, Sting is rumoured to be competing in a dream match against the Undertaker.

The other big rumour theorises a rematch from Summer Slam 2002 and could see the Rock take on Brock Lesnar in what would surely be a great match.
