The Tough Enough competition will be making a return to the WWE in June and for weeks fans all over the world have been posting their entries in the hope that they get noticed, and could potentially compete on the show with two lucky individuals going on to secure WWE contracts.

Other than that, not a lot had been revealed with fans hoping that this season of Tough Enough would not only be entertaining and worth tuning in to, but also bring in two hopefuls who will actually play a big role in developmental and are not simply released.

But yesterday WWE provided new details which will surely make the fans want to tune in to see what they bring to the table. We already know that Stone Cold Steve Austin ruled himself out of hosting duties and Chris Jericho officially announced himself as the host in a video he posted on his official Instagram account.

The WWE sent out a press release which also confirmed that three judges will be joining Chris Jericho, the first will be former WWE Divas Champion, Paige who has enjoyed a very successful year in the WWE and will definitely bring a lot of insight and knowledge, especially to the younger stars who will be looking to replicate her success on the big stage and look to her as inspiration for someone who can make it in the WWE at a young age.

The second judge joining Paige is current Intercontinental Champion, Daniel Bryan. He isn’t cleared to compete yet and it’s unclear whether he’ll be ready to compete in June, regardless of that he’ll definitely bring a lot of knowledge to Tough Enough and will be able to help them in a number of ways and having one of the best wrestlers in the business as a judge is definitely a big deal.

The third and final judge is WWE Hall of Famer, Hulk Hogan, the biggest name to be joining Tough Enough. This speaks for itself, you have one of the greatest of all time – if not the greatest – providing feedback to stars who will have definitely looked up to him growing up, as someone who changed the business.

The stars will be training at the state of the art WWE Performance Center as well as Full Sail University, and they will have three brilliant trainers who will be putting them through their paces as they try to earn a contract.

Booker T is back on Tough Enough and will be joined by Billy Gunn and WWE Hall of Famer, Lita. That’s not all, the contestant will also have the chance to meet WWE legends and superstars as well as Vince McMahon, Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and John Cena.

Tough Enough will provide an hour of entertainment in a competition format which has live results every single week where the WWE Universe has the power to decide who stays, and who goes on the same night. Every week one contestant will be eliminated until one male and one female are winners, and considered Tough Enough and they both will earn a one year, $250,000 WWE contract.

The WWE have clearly invested a lot of effort, thought and time into this year’s Tough Enough and they are putting the WWE Universe at the heart of this, they’ve added huge names as well so let’s hope this year’s Tough Enough doesn’t disappoint and we crown two deserving winners.
