Three Blues players who are in talks with a European club

Ligue 1 outfit Marseille are said to be confident about striking a deal with Chelsea that would see them have access to young Blues players to take on loan. According to reports the French club are in talks over the possibility of three Chelsea youngsters joining them as of the summer on temporary deals, and the idea is that more could follow in their footsteps. At the moment it looks as though more than one side are trying to engage in such a relationship with the Blues, with Portuguese outfit Vitoria de Setubal said to be interested in doing the same. Such matters will likely be above Jose Mourinho’s station, though the idea of letting players get first-team experience at clubs like Marseille could appeal to him. In other news exciting forward Patrick Bamford has been offered a new five-year contract to reflect his great form this year, according to rumours. The 19-year-old is currently at Middlesbrough on loan, but is tipped to have a bright future in west London.
