Thibaut Courtois speaks on Petr Cech potentially leaving the Blues

If Petr Cech leaves Chelsea this summer it’s safe to assume Thibaut Courtois will be a very happy man. Not only has the Belgium international taken his rival's spot in the Blues first-team, but if the latter departs, and it’s looking incredibly likely he will, Courtois will have fended off any chance of losing his place in Jose Mourinho’s plans. Well the man himself has revealed that he would understand if his positional rival left Stamford Bridge this summer, although he’d be just as happy if Cech decides to stay. The 32-year-old has been linked with both Manchester United and Arsenal, but his future has yet to be categorically cemented. In other news Loic Remy has reportedly told his teammates that he is looking to leave Chelsea this summer. The French international is behind Diego Costa in the pecking order and obviously doesn’t feel he can turn the tables. At the moment it looks as though West Ham are favourites to sign him.
