With Petr Cech’s future as a Chelsea player looking less and less certain by the day it’s safe to say the club are expecting to go through a transitional period between the sticks. What’s more it’s now believed that the Blues’ current goalkeeping coach, Christophe Lollichon, could be moving to Arsenal with the Czech international, leaving Thibaut Courtois somewhat in the lurch. Well don’t fret because the young Belgian has already got a preferred option in mind for Lollichon’s replacement, as he’s urging the Blues to sign up Guy Martens. Courtois revealed he had learned everything from Martens and has also given Chelsea his number. Talk about being keen. In other news the Blues have set the asking price for Loic Remy at a relatively modest £15m. The French international is below Diego Costa in the pecking order and according to reports thinks that the incoming Radamel Falcao will be preferred as well. Needless to say he’s considering an exit.
