Want-away winger set for Chelsea talks

Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado is seeking further assurances about his long-term future in west London after it emerged that his agent Alessandro Lucci is set to meet with Stamford Bridge officials today to discuss his client's position. Jose Mourinho has already told the Colombia international that he remains an important part of his first-team plans moving forward, but after a difficult start to life with the Premier League champions the £26.1 million January signing is yet to be fully convinced. Cuadrado started just four games in a total of 14 appearances for the Blues last term and admiring glances from Serie 'A' champions Juventus and Inter Milan has prompted the player to consider a swift return to Italy. Mourinho remains adamant the 27-year-old is going nowhere this summer, but he'll need to make sure the player's entourage are happy with what club chiefs tell them, or else they could have an unhappy star on their hands.
