We are still in the first day of NBA Free Agency and already so much money has been agreed in contract signings..

Jimmy Butler signed a $90M deal with the Chicago Bulls, the Toronto Raptors wrestled DeMarre Carroll away from their Eastern Conference rivals the Hawks for $60M and Danny Green decided to stay in San Antonio. Meanwhile, both Damian Lillard and Anthony Davis both signed deals worth over $100M. It was a great day for agents.

Well now there is a third $100million+ to report, and it's been handed out by the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Who should the Heat sign in free agency? Have your say by signing up now to become a GMS writer:

A Love In

Kevin Love took to Derek Jeter's website 'The Players Tribune' to announce that he was staying with the Cleveland Cavaliers after becoming a free agent.

What Love didn't say however, was how much the Cavaliers offered him to stay in Cleveland. The answer? $110 Million over five years, according to reports from ESPN's Brian Windhorst

"I'm going back to Cleveland," Love said. "After Game 1 of the NBA Finals, that's when it really struck me. Sitting on the sidelines, I never wanted to play in a game more than that one. I had dreamed of playing in the NBA Finals, and I just wanted to help my guys win. I couldn't have been prouder of them as they poured their blood, sweat and tears onto the court."

Love admitted that he had seen some rumors about teams potentially coming in for him, but he only needed two meetings to decide he wanted to stay in Cleveland, one of which was with LeBron by a pool.

"Yeah, of course I've heard the free-agency rumors. But at the end of the day, and after meeting with my teammates and with the front office, it was clear Cleveland was the place for me," he added.

We're all on the same page and we're all in. We have unfinished business, and now it's time to get back to work."
