Spanish sources are wasting no time in delivering updates to the case of Chelsea left-back Filipe Luis, claiming that the Brazilian is to be presented to supporters of former club Atletico Madrid as soon as next week. Marca claim that an agreement for Luis' transfer back to Spain has been agreed upon by the two clubs, though no sum is actually mentioned. The 29-year-old only made a switch to England last summer, but has struggled to force Cesar Azpilicueta out of the left-back position. We’ll have more on that as it comes through. In other news loosely linked Chelsea target Alexandre Lacazette can leave Lyon this summer, but only if clubs wanting to sign him pay €35m. In the past the Blues have been mentioned as potential suitors for Lacazette, and he could be a useful alternative to Barcelona’s Pedro. At the moment though it’s said Arsenal and Liverpool are ranked as more likely destinations.
