Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has dropped a massive hint that he could be leaving the club and joining Italian side AS Roma - by following several of their accounts on Instagram.

The Polish international could be on his way out of the Emirates Stadium this summer, and he's sparked speculation that Serie A and Roma could be his destination.

Szczesny, who started last season as Arsenal's No.1, ended it as the cup 'keeper and could now become third-choice after the arrival of Petr Cech.

Arsene Wenger splashed out £11 million to sign Cech from rivals Chelsea, meaning the Pole's future is uncertain and could be away from north London.

Szczesny's Horror Season

The 25-year-old has been Arsenal's No.1 for the past few seasons, keeping out Vito Mannone, Lukasz Fabianski and most-recently, David Ospina.

However, after a nightmare showing against Southampton on New Year's Day, he was dropped from the team for the rest of the season and only played in FA Cup matches.

Szczesny was at fault for both goals during The Gunners' 2-0 loss to Southampton, and after the game, he was caught smoking in the showers by Wenger, an action that is forbidden at the club.

Wenger didn't hold back after the Pole's actions and immediately dropped him for the remainder of the season, making Ospina the new No.1.

Despite his solid performances, Ospina is now likely to be replaced at the club after Cech's arrival, meaning one must leave.

One Must Go

Wenger will decide whether to sell either Szczesny or Ospina this summer, but the former has dropped a massive hint that it could be him.

People were alerted to the goalkeeper's actions on Instagram when he randomly started following some Roma associated accounts.

Szczesny first followed Roma's official Instagram account, and then followed that up by following Francesco Totti and Alessandro Florenzi.

It's not yet understood whether those actions mean anything about his future, but it's alerted fans of both clubs.
