Intense year

When he announced that his return would take place in January, fans cheered louder than ever. The crowd was just as wild when he competed in the 2015 Royal Rumble, only to be eliminated by Bray Wyatt.

In February, Kane reignited his feud with Bryan, ending in a very intense casket match on SmackDown.

At WrestleMania 31, Bryan climbed his way to the top of the ladder, grasping the Intercontinental Championship. This was a remarkable achievement because it made him a Triple Crown Champion.

There was a change in routine on May 11, as fans chanted “No!” when Bryan relinquished the Intercontinental Championship due to injury.

Bryan has remained active in WWE, appearing at Elimination Chamber, as well as being a judge of Tough Enough.

Since he has refrained from active wrestling, rumors have skyrocketed. Various questions have been asked, mostly regarding when/if he will return. Many sources seemed to have answers. However, Bryan opposed the rumors in one of his latest tweets:

It’s great to know that Daniel Bryan will make a return someday. Let’s just hope that day comes soon. Do you agree? Here’s one possible answer: YES!
