Russian sports minister: Fifa crisis has 'thwarted communication'

Russian Minister of Sport Vitaly Mutko reflects on Fifa's issues and says that racism and violence at football stadia was "not the unique problem for Russia". With the 2018 World Cup draw taking place on Saturday (25th July), he added there was "no doubt" that the tournament would take place in the country.
