Published 1 Comments

Arsenal fans might have been disappointed by the fact that the Gunners didn’t provide Manchester City with a sustained challenge for Raheem Sterling’s signature, but club director Lord Harris has now revealed why. The 72-year-old conceded that Arsenal had been considering a move for the former Liverpool star but chose not to pursue him seriously because of his attitude. Stating that Wenger didn’t take any nonsense, Harris admitted he was ‘very pleased’ that his club hadn’t signed him. Meanwhile word on the grapevine is that Arsenal are considering a surprise move for Fernando Llorente. Yes, you did hear that right. The Spaniard is looking to leave Juventus this summer and it’s said that the Gunners have received encouragement with regards to his potential signing.
