Adam Le Fondre has completed a loan move to Wolverhampton Wanderers, rejecting a combined bid of £730 by Bolton Wanderers supporters.

Bolton fan Sam James started the 'Bring Adam Le Fondre home' fund on July 16 and the teenager has since received 56 donations ranging between £5-100 in aid of his campaign.

The 28-year-old forward scored eight goals in 17 appearances last season for Bolton during his loan spell and won over fans at the Macron during his short spell.

Neil Lennon's side may have failed in their novel attempt to bring in Le Fondre, but the club did today confirm the signings of Stephen Dobbie and Lawrie Wilson.

Dobbie (32) joins after being released by Crystal Palace in the summer following making just one league appearance since joining in 2013. The striker spent last season on loan at Fleetwood Town and has penned a one-year deal with the Championship club.

Wilson (27) has signed a two year deal following his release by Charlton and was a popular figure at The Valley during his three year stay.

In addition, Emile Heskey (37) has today signed a one-year extension to his contract with Bolton. Heskey is expected to retire at the end of this season.
