Controversial midfielder Joey Barton has hinted at his next career move, telling followers on Twitter that he would love to play for Celtic.
The 33-year-old has been without a club since May, when he was released by QPR after a torrid campaign that saw them suffer relegation.
The midfielder played 28 times last season, scoring once and assisting three, but has struggled to re-home himself since his QPR departure.

Never far away from controversy, clubs appear reluctant to sign the former England International who was shown 11 yellow cards last season.
The combative midfielder, though, appeared to outline his favoured destination should someone take him on board, but did insist that it would appeal even more so if Rangers were back in the top tier.
Celtic have not shied away from controversial players in the past with both Craig Bellamy and Roy Keane plying their trade for the Hoops in the past, so it would be hard to rule out the possibility of Barton making the switch to Glasgow.
