Football News

As John Cena fought on against Seth Rollins despite a broken nose back on July 27th's RAW it was lauded as another sign that the veteran is one of the toughest in the business.

Since then though it has largely been doom and gloom with news that Cena underwent surgery and was to be pulled from numerous events over concerns about his recovery.

His own way

John Cena though has clearly grown tired of being put on the back burner and, in uploading a video to social media last night, he appeared to mock those telling him to take a break, whilst simultaneously sending a message to his rival, Seth Rollins.

Most Superstars coming off the back of injury like to post hospital bed selfies letting fans know then are in good hands. John Cena isn't like most stars though, his rest and recovery takes place in the gym.

As you can see, although Cena might not be able to get into the ring right now, he isn't letting the injury curtail preparations for his comeback.

Making preparations

While Seth Rollins is busy mocking John Cena's nose injury with specially made t-shirts, this video once again highlight the fact that, come SummerSlam when the duo are set to go head-to-head in a winner takes all title match, the reigning champion would be advised to concentrate of Cena's incredible power rather than whether his nose is out of place.

With the US and Heavyweight title on the like at the August 23rd PPV event WWE fans are certainly in for an exciting night of action when Cena comes face to face with Seth Rollins.

And, although the WWE Universe might not see much of the veteran in the weeks leading up to the event, it doesn't look like they have to worry about him being in tip-top condition.
