Barcelona winger Pedro would be a 'great player in the Premier League', claims ex-Manchester United and Manchester City player Owen Hargreaves.
As reported by the Manchester Evening News, the BT Sport pundit has insisted that the Spanish international would fit into a number of the top sides in England's elite division, including the trio of United, City and Chelsea.
Pedro, of course, has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League of late, with the Manchester duo of United and City seemingly interested in his signature. And Hargreaves certainly thinks the wide-man would prove a fine coup for the Premier League big-boys.

“He’s one of those very unselfish wingers that can score goals and does a job for the team,” said Hargreaves, who was speaking on BT Sport.
“You think about Chelsea, Manchester City, Man United - I think they could all do with him in a wide area.
“He’s a super player. I think he would be a great player in the Premier League. He is very unselfish for a wide man.
“He’s going to be a great asset to any English team if they can sign him.
“You think about some of the English teams in the Champions League. You need players that track back.
“He provides great balance to the team defensively.”
There's no doubt about it, Pedro really will make a fine signing for any of the elite clubs in England this summer, and it really is time for him to leave Barcelona behind.
Ultimately, at the Spanish giants, he'd no doubt continue to win trophies, but he's in need of first-team football week in, week out. Manchester United, of course, have been heavily linked with the Spaniard and he'd offer the Red Devils a great deal down the left hand side of the pitch.
Manchester City and Chelsea, on the other hand, already have numerous options out-wide, but Pedro's class and experience would also prove valuable for those clubs.
