Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic played a vital role in Chelsea's run to the Premier League title, and will be involved heavily if the Blues are to repeat their success this season.

The Stamford Bridge club started their campaign in less than impressive fashion against Swansea City, stuttering to a 2-2 draw, but have an opportunity to put things right against Manchester City on Sunday.

Taking time out from his busy schedule, Matic spoke to YouTuber Spencer Owen and answered a host of questions, before naming his dream five-a-side line-up.

The former Benfica man said he would prefer to play with Cristiano Ronaldo over Lionel Messi, would prefer to get in a boxing ring with John Terry over Diego Costa, revealed Frank Lampard is the best player he has ever played with and that he would rather win the Champions League than the Premier League.

The Serbian midfielder was tasked with picking his all-time best five-a-side team, a difficult challenge, he settled with a five of Thibaut Courtois, Zinedine Zidane, Franz Beckenbauer, Diego Maradona and himself.

Matic has become a vital part of Chelsea's team since his £21million return from Benfica in 2014, playing 68 games and scoring three goals.

But if Chelsea are to emulate their success of last season they will need to improve on their performance from the opening weekend.

There is no doubt Mourinho will make the necessary steps to change the atmosphere at the Bridge. Baba Rahman's addition could be the start of a busy 19 days for the club, but will it be enough to bring the title back to London?
