Bayern Munich goalkeeper Oliver Kahn admits it will be a "great honour" to have his retirement from football marked with a testimonial match against the German national team at the Allianz Arena on September 2.

The legendary stopper, who turns 39 in June, has decided to call time on his 20-year career at the end of the current season.

Kahn said: "It´s a difficult moment for me if after 20 years I´m really finally going to end my association with German football."
