Gerets: We deserved more goals

Marseille coach Eric Gerets feels his side should be taking a much bigger cushion to Russia for the second leg of their UEFA Cup last-16 clash against Zenit St Petersburg.

OM won a one-sided first leg 3-1 on Thursday, with Djibril Cisse netting a brace and Mamadou Niang scoring the other, before Andrei Arshavin curled in a late away goal.

"It´s fair to say it was a game that we could have won by a bigger margin," said the Belgian. "A fair result would have been 7-1 or 8-1."
