Rijkaard keeps focus on Barca

Football News
Barcelona coach Frank Rijkaard insists his side are concerned only with their own results and not Real Madrid´s despite seeing them cut the pacesetters´ lead to five points on Saturday.

While reigning champions Real suffered a surprise 2-1 defeat at Real Betis, Rijkaard´s Barca were able to pick up a 2-1 victory at Real Zaragoza, with Ronaldinho scoring the winning goal from the penalty spot seven minutes from time.

That late strike has helped breathe life back into the title race, but with leaders Real still holding a healthy advantage at the summit, Rijkaard knows all Barca can do is focus on themselves.
